Mark Davis

Founder and Managing Director of the Stonehenge Group of Companies.

Mark commenced his career in the construction industry in 1979 as a carpenter building Architect designed custom homes and renovations in the inner city area of Melbourne.

Today Mark’s companies provide allied services focusing on the property and investment sectors.  They include professional services in Planning and Project Feasibilities, Architecture, Construction & Project Management, Marketing and Sales. The Stonehenge Property Group has experience in land subdivisions, apartment, town house and aged care and retirement developments, custom housing, and renovations.

Stonehenge developed an International division in one of the world's most demanding markets, Japan. The company completed over 40 projects between 1997 - 2004 using Australian labor and materials which included designing and building the Australian Consul General’s residence in Kobe.  

With a reputation for excellence the Stonehenge Group has received some of Australia's most prestigious design and construction awards over the past 15 years including the HIA Australian Quality Builder of the year award and numerous HIA Home of the Year awards.

As part of the group’s own requirements for their property development division, Mark also established in 1997 an in-house Digital and Graphic Design Agency group, Keyvision. This group provides online marketing and web based services to the Property sector and has been at the forefront of designing, implementing and managing  "Online Community Portals" for Major Property Developers, Owner Corporations and Community Managers. 

Mark is also actively involved with the development and management of the "Action Indoor Sports" brand, via his company "Sportainment Leisure". Having overseen the successful launch and establishment 12 years ago of "Action Indoor Sports" with Japan's largest health and fitness operator Konami Corporation, Mark is now developing and seeking to expand the Sports and leisure business in India and China.

Mark has also served on State & National Committees in the Construction Industry and was the Founding Chairman of Australian Japan Housing Ltd that assisted Federal & State Governments on export strategy and development.
